Josh Evans, P.E. | President & CEO
With a BSCE from Texas A&M University, Josh has dedicated his 20 year career to the energy market. Starting as a design engineer on electric transmission and distribution systems, Josh quickly developed into project management overseeing planning, design and construction of over $2B in electrical and oil & gas infrastructure projects. Over his career, Josh has transitioned from projects to commercial and operational roles, growing multiple businesses and organizations positively impacting the industry.
Andy Deck | Chief Commercial Officer
With a BSChE from Oklahoma State University, Andy has invested his 30-year career serving the oil and gas midstream and renewable energy industries. With the common thread of building and working in operating companies, Andy has served in both public and private companies, domestic and international locations, as well as large integrated multi-national companies to startup ventures. After years of engineering design and project management, Andy moved toward leadership roles ranging from technical departments to operating business units to entire corporations. He has built a reputation for effectively serving oil and gas producing customers by building strong teams and reliable assets.
Tyler Beard | Vice President of Operations and Engineering
With a BSChE from Texas Tech University, Tyler has focused 15-years of his career on operations and engineering for midstream and production companies. In his roles, Tyler has overseen the engineering and construction for multiple facilities including compressor stations, central tank facilities, and gas processing plants in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and California. Having worked in operations and engineering, Tyler brings a unique perspective in the design, construction, and efficient operation of facilities serving oil & gas producers.
Jeremy Bishop | Vice President of Finance
With a BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University, Jeremy has focused his career on commercial banking. As the former President of First Capital Bank of Texas, Jeremy gained a broad range of experience analyzing and understanding financial metrics for multiple businesses spanning across real estate, commercial and industrial, energy, and retail industries. Over his 17-year career, Jeremy was responsible for driving growth in asset size, geographic locations, team members, and client base. Jeremy served as President of the bank through the sale of the institution in 2023, which is when he made the transition from banker to private industry. At HiVolt Energy, Jeremy oversees all financial responsibilities for the company.
