Josh Evans, P.E.

Chief Executive Officer, Chairman Of The Board

With a BSCE from Texas A&M University, Josh has dedicated his 20+ year career to the energy market. Josh has led the development of over $2B in electrical and oil & gas infrastructure projects.

In 2019, Josh founded HiVolt Energy to be the first electric “midstream” company focused on serving long-term, prime power reliably and efficiently.

Andy Deck

With a BSChE from Oklahoma State University, Andy has invested 35-year serving the oil and gas midstream and renewable energy industries. With the common thread of building and working in operating companies, Andy has served in both public and private companies, domestic and international locations, as well as large multi-national companies to startup ventures. 

Andy joined HiVolt Energy in early 2021 to become a founding member and has played critical roles to drive the company’s success.

Tyler Beard

With a BSChE from Texas Tech University, Tyler has focused 15 years of his career on operations and engineering for midstream and production companies.

Having worked in operations and engineering, Tyler brings a unique perspective in the design, construction, and efficient operation of facilities serving oil & gas producers.

Jeremy Bishop

Chief Financial Officer
BBA Finance, Texas Tech University

With a BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University, Jeremy has focused his career on commercial banking. Over his 17-year banking career, Jeremy was responsible for driving growth in asset size, geographic locations, team members, and client base. 

Jeremy served as President of the bank through the sale of the institution in 2023, which is when he made the transition from banker to private industry. At HiVolt Energy, Jeremy oversees all financial responsibilities.

Parker Gregg

With a BSME from Texas A&M University, Parker’s 25-year career spans business development, commercial strategy, and organizational scaling across energy and industrial infrastructure markets.

Parker has led commercial execution for large, complex power generation and oil & gas projects.

Adam Cunyus

Adam has 20 years of experience in various roles across oil and gas and other industries.  He currently serves in an executive role with Dahlia Development and as a director of Commodore Midstream.  His entrepreneurial skills have led to his involvement in a drilling service company, several midstream companies and projects, industrial real estate ventures, and a land-oriented operating company totaling more than $100 million in transactions.  Adam started his career drilling and completing numerous wells across several basins for Southwestern Energy, Yates Petroleum, and Apache Corporation.  Adam also serves a local non-profit in Midland where he and his family reside.

Jim Nelson

Jim serves as Chairman, CEO, and President of Warren Equipment Company which provides Caterpillar-driven industrial equipment across the south-central United States.  After receiving a bachelor's degree in finance from Michigan State, Jim began his career in the financial investment industry in Dallas.  Within a few years Jim moved into the industrial equipment space working for several companies in Oklahoma and Texas.  Jim generously invests his time working on public education initiatives in Midland, advising the Moody College of Communication at the University of Texas, and as a board member of the Scharbauer Foundation in Midland.

Tim Dahlstrom

Tim has over 35 years of diverse midstream oil and gas experience.  He served in various engineering and operations roles before providing multidiscipline leadership through various executive roles for both public and private companies.  Tim was SVP of Commercial Operations at Energy Transfer during its high-growth formative years.  He also served as Chief Commercial Officer and Co-founder of Trace Midstream. Tim continues to consult for midstream and upstream companies, as well as serving on various church, non-profit, and civic organizations in the hill country near his home north of Fredericksburg, Texas.
