35-year career in oil & gas midstream and renewables. Experience in engineering, operations, and executive leadership across public, private, and multinational firms. Joined HiVolt as a founding member in 2021.
Tyler Beard – Chief Operating Officer

15 years in operations and engineering for midstream and production companies. Led engineering and construction for compressor stations, tank facilities, and gas processing plants across multiple states.
Jeremy Bishop – Chief Financial Officer

Former President of FirstCapital Bank of Texas with experience in financial analysis across multiple industries. Oversees all financial responsibilities for HiVolt Energy.

Adam Cunyus
Adam has 20 years of experience in various roles across oil and gas and other industries. He currently serves in an executive role with Dahlia Development and as a director of Commodore Midstream. His entrepreneurial skills have led to his involvement in a drilling service company, several midstream companies and projects, industrial real estate ventures, and a land-oriented operating company totaling more than $100 million in transactions. Adam started his career drilling and completing numerous wells across several basins for Southwestern Energy, Yates Petroleum, and Apache Corporation. Adam also serves a local non-profit in Midland where he and his family reside.
Jim Nelson
Jim serves as Chairman, CEO, and President of Warren Equipment Company which provides Caterpillar-driven industrial equipment across the south-central United States. After receiving a bachelor’s degree in finance from Michigan State, Jim began his career in the financial investment industry in Dallas. Within a few years Jim moved into the industrial equipment space working for several companies in Oklahoma and Texas. Jim generously invests his time working on public education initiatives in Midland, advising the Moody College of Communication at the University of Texas, and as a board member of the Scharbauer Foundation in Midland.
