HiVolt Energy Adds Power-Sector Veteran Parker Gregg as Vice President of Business Development and Marketing

MIDLAND, Texas — June 10, 2026 — HiVolt Energy has expanded its leadership team with the addition of Parker Gregg as Vice President of Business Development and Marketing. A commercial executive and power-sector dealmaker with 25 years of progressive leadership across energy and industrial infrastructure markets, Gregg will lead HiVolt’s business development efforts, commercial strategy and marketing as the company continues to scale its prime-power and microgrid platform.
In his role at HiVolt Energy, Gregg will be responsible for building and driving the company’s commercial pipeline, establishing pursuit strategy, and cultivating the executive-level client relationships that will support sustained, repeatable revenue growth. His role spans business development, marketing, contract negotiation, and the development of HiVolt’s long-term market position as the leader in power generation and delivery.
“Parker is exactly the caliber of commercial leader HiVolt needs as we enter this next phase of growth,” said Josh Evans, Chairman and CEO. “He has spent his career doing the hardest deals in the power sector and he brings that same discipline and rigor to everything he does. His depth across EPC, power generation and the data center market makes him an ideal fit for what we’re building at HiVolt.”
Prior to joining HiVolt, Gregg served as Principal Director of Business Development at Burns & McDonnell Engineering, a 13,000-person EPC firm, where he spent more than a decade as a senior commercial leader and client sponsor for large, complex energy and power infrastructure programs. He built and led the Houston Oil, Gas & Chemical sales organization from inception to $100 million in annual engineering bookings and $500 million in construction revenue, before transitioning in 2024 to power generation across thermal, storage and renewable markets in the South Central Region.

Gregg holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and remains actively engaged in the broader energy community. He serves as Vice Chair of the Texas A&M Mechanical Engineering Industry Advisory Council and is a former board member of the Rice Global Engineering & Construction Forum.
